Sausage Egg Cottage Cheese Breakfast Casserole
Stir in cottage cheese shredded cheese and pimento.
Sausage egg cottage cheese breakfast casserole. In the large bowl beat the eggs milk and black pepper together. Add milk salt and mustard. Stir in bread cubes cheese and sausage.
Pour in egg mixture into prepared pan and bake for 45 55 minutes. After 30 minutes top the casserole with the remaining cheese and top with the reserved cooked sausage. Ingredients 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage 1 2 cup butter melted 1 16 ounce package cottage cheese 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 4 cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 4 teaspoon salt 1 4 teaspoon ground black pepper 10 eggs lightly beaten.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10 15 minutes so that the cheese is well melted. In the large skillet sauté the onions peppers and sausage until everything is cooked through.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cover with the sausage. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Ingredients cooking spray 10 large eggs eggs beaten 2 16 ounce packages cottage cheese 1 pound shredded monterey jack cheese 1 4 ounce can diced green chiles cup butter melted cup all purpose flour cup cooked crumbled bacon 1 teaspoon baking powder. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese. Place into your preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
If the dish has been refrigerated and is cold it can take up to an hour to bake. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and set aside. Spread meat mixture in the bottom of a prepared pan and pour the egg mixture on top.
