Slimming World Quiche Cottage Cheese
In a small oven proof dish i use a rectangular pyrex one which is 20cm x 15 cm place the eggs and seasoning beat well.
Slimming world quiche cottage cheese. Add the cottage cheese to the eggs this will be quite lumpy but mix until very little lumps remain fill the muffin tin with the egg and cottage cheese mix bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the top of the quiche turns golden brown. Pour over the cottage cheese egg mixture ensuring everything is covered. Top with slices of tomato or cheese if you are using that.
Remove the dish from the oven and top with the remaining cheese grated. Directions pre heat oven to gas 5. Meanwhile add the cottage cheese eggs and 30g of the cheese grated to a blender.

Ingredients 2 courgettes 2 red onions halved and finely sliced 1 red chilli deseeded and finely chopped 100g low fat natural cottage cheese 6 large eggs 1 tsp dried mixed herbs low calorie cooking spray small handful of finely chopped mint.
