Cottage Cheese Biscuits
Create a small well in the middle of the bowl.
Cottage cheese biscuits. Container low fat cottage cheese. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl then add cottage cheese and mix until it forms a dough. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 20 minutes or until golden brown.
1 2 teaspoon coarse salt. Use a large fork spoon or your hands to blend in the flour mixture until a sticky batter forms. In a separate bowl add cottage cheese and cream whisk until combined.
In a large bowl whisk flour baking powder sugar salt and cream of tartar. Make a well in the center of the flour set aside. Pour the cream mixture into the flour well.

In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs cottage cheese and butter. Put flour sugar baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
You can use any kind of creamed cottage cheese but the amount will depend on the moisture content of the cheese. Makes 18 to 20 biscuits 2 inches in diameter. Add dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
